Friday Night Hoopla BBQ
Kick off Fiesta Week on with the Friday Night Hoopla BBQ!
Get ready to Savor, Sip & Support our local youth at one of Carmel Valley’s favorite summer traditions! Join us Friday night at the Hoopla BBQ for a mouthwatering meal of Tri-Tip Steak, BBQ Chicken, Corn, and Chili—served up with live music, a silent auction, and unbeatable community spirit at the Carmel Valley Trail & Saddle Club. All proceeds go to the Carmel Valley Kiwanis Scholarship program.This event always sells out—grab your tickets early at Carmel Valley Chevron, MJ Murphy’s Hardware, or Kasey’s Market.

Fiesta Week
Fiesta Week is a fun-filled summer tradition that brings the Carmel Valley community together the first weekend of August, kicking off with the Hoopla BBQ and Bar on Friday night. The festivities continue at Carmel Valley Community Park with Days on the Green, featuring free concerts, arts & crafts, great food & spirits, local vendors, and plenty of family-friendly fun.
Don’t miss the car show, horseshoe tournament, dog show, and our big community raffle—with tickets sold in advance and throughout the event!
All proceeds support scholarships and youth programs right here in Carmel Valley.

Community Thanksgiving Feast
Missing that sense of tradition and togetherness on Thanksgiving? Let’s come together to share laughter, gratitude, and a delicious holiday meal—it’s going to be a celebration to remember!
Join us for a free Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Wednesday, November 26th at the Carmel Valley Community Youth Center, proudly sponsored by the Carmel Valley Kiwanis Club and the Carmel Valley Angel Project.
Meals are provided, but seating reservations are required by November 15th.
We hope to see you there for a warm meal—and a chance to celebrate with your community!

Christmas Tree Lot
A holiday tradition that gives back!
Get into the holiday spirit and support your community at the Carmel Valley Kiwanis Christmas Tree Lot—located on the corner of Del Fino Place and Carmel Valley Road.
We open the day after Thanksgiving with a fresh selection of beautiful trees ready for you to take home. Every tree sold helps fund local scholarships and community programs—so your holiday memories make a difference.

Easter Egg Hunt & BBQ
Hop into spring with our joyful Community Easter Egg Hunt & BBQ—a festive day of fun, food, and family in Carmel Valley!
Kids of all ages are invited to race through the field in search of colorful, prize-filled eggs. We even have a special egg hunt area just for toddlers and very young children, so everyone can join in the fun at their own pace.
After the hunt, stick around for a delicious barbecue lunch and enjoy the company of friends, family, and neighbors.
Open to the entire community—so bring your baskets, bring your appetite, and get ready for an unforgettable Easter celebration!
