We hope that your experience with the Kiwanis Club of Conejo Valley has been a pleasurable one and that you are fulfilling your desire to support the children in our community. In an effort to constantly strive to improve our club, the Kiwanis Club of Conejo Valley has provided three online forms for you to offer feedback. This input will assist us in improving our operations and how we relate to our members. We thank you, in advance, for taking the time to complete these surveys.

  An opportunity to provide comments, as a member or non-member, to the Board of Directors at any time.

  An opportunity to provide member comments to the Board of Directors on an annual basis.



• Exit Survey
  
  An opportunity to provide comments to the Board of Directors at the time a member decides to resign from the club.



• Habitat for Humanity Work Day Voting Page
  
  An opportunity to vote for the Saturday of the month we will all work at the Habitat for Humanity site.



• Interclub Voting Page
  
  An opportunity to vote for the next interclub in Division 42. This voting page includes the following clubs: Camarillo, Carpinteria, East Ventura, Moorpark, Oxnard, Port Hueneme and Santa Barbara. Other clubs will be featured at a later time.
